Scholarship

Criteria

• Has to be a student at a high school that Blake has spoken to.

Eligibility

• A student who plans to enroll full time at an accredited college or university
• An outstanding student in his or her chosen field with a demonstrated record of community service and leadership.
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and maintain 3.0 in chosen college or university

Deadline

• April 30th of year graduating.
